• Event Bookings: A consultation (phone or in-person) is required for all events (weddings, engagements, birthdays, special events) to discuss your vision, timeline, and logistics
• Studio Sessions: Please provide notification when booking studio sessions to ensure proper setup and preparation
• Deposit: A deposit is required via invoice to confirm your booking date

• Deposit: Non-refundable deposit required via invoice to secure booking
• Final Payment: Must be completed 24 hours before your event/session
• Late Payment: Bookings without final payment 24 hours prior will be automatically cancelled with forfeiture of deposit
• Accepted Payment Methods: Invoice, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit/Debit Card

• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Client Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time

Event Coverage (Weddings, Birthdays, Special Events, etc.)

• Sneak Peeks: 3-5 preview images within 24 hours of your event
• Full Gallery Delivery: 2 weeks after your event

All Other Packages (Studio Sessions, Portraits, etc.)

• Full Gallery Delivery: Within 1 week of your session

• Final edited photos will be delivered via an Adobe online gallery from Lightroom
• Gallery access is available for 90 days from delivery date
• Please download your photos within this timeframe - galleries expire after 90 days and cannot be recovered
• File Format: High-resolution JPEG files suitable for printing and digital use
• Backup Responsibility: Clients are responsible for backing up their images after download. Mykel Studios is not responsible for lost images after gallery expiration

• All photos include professional color correction and exposure adjustments
• Temporary imperfections (blemishes, minor skin concerns) will be removed
• Heavy retouching is NOT offered in any package
• My editing style aims for natural, authentic photos that reflect true moments and lighting
• Photos are professionally edited but maintain a realistic, non-over-processed look
• Image Selection: Final image count will meet or exceed the package minimum. Photographer selects final delivered images

• Copyright: Mykel Studios retains full copyright to all images
• Client Usage: You receive personal use rights to all delivered images for printing, sharing, and personal use
• Print Release: Clients may print images through any professional lab or retailer
• Commercial Use: Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission
• Marketing Rights: Mykel Studios retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media
• Please credit @mykelstudios when sharing images on social media
• Model Release: By booking, clients grant permission for Mykel Studios to use images for promotional purposes

• Outdoor Sessions: May be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no additional charge
• Backup Plans: Indoor backup locations will be discussed during consultation for outdoor sessions
• Photographer Illness/Emergency: In case of photographer illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled or a full refund issued
• Equipment Failure: Professional backup equipment is always available. In the rare event of total equipment failure, session will be rescheduled at no charge

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Communicate any special requests or concerns before the session
• For event coverage: provide timeline, vendor list, and must-have shot list in advance
• Ensure final payment is completed 24 hours before your scheduled date
• Minor Consent: Parent/guardian must be present for all sessions involving minors and must sign model release
• Guest Management: For studio sessions, limit guests to immediate family unless otherwise arranged. Excessive guests may impact session flow
• Substance Policy: Client and guests should not be under the influence of alcohol or substances during sessions. Photographer reserves the right to end session without refund if this occurs

• Travel Fees: May apply for locations beyond 20 miles from Everett, WA - discussed at booking
• Overtime: Additional hours beyond package time available at hourly rate - must be arranged in advance when possible
• Rush Delivery: Expedited editing available for additional fee - inquire at booking
• Additional Editing: Requests beyond standard editing (extensive retouching, special effects) available for additional fee

• Client contact information will never be sold or shared with third parties
• Information is used solely for booking management and client communication
• Images will be stored securely and backed up professionally
• Clients may request to opt-out of marketing use of their images at any time
